Marvel: Daredevil

 

Marvel's Daredevil is a series that revolves around the story of Matt Murdock, a character from the well knows comic book series Daredevil. Superhero fans and marvel comic enthusiasts are sure to love this series as it follows the life of Matt Murdock who was blinded as a young boy resulting in his hearing and the rest of his senses to be sharpened. Matt works as a full time defence attorney against the corrupt and powerful and despises the criminal aspects of humans especially those who abuse the defenceless, therefore taking matters into his own hands by becoming the vigilante super hero 'Daredevil' at night and protecting Hell's Kitchen, New York. 

Despite not being one of the common household superhero names every child recognises, this series truly captures his character perfectly and has captivated many people who have come to love this character and what he stands for. The series is surprisingly down to Earth while being a superhero series as he has a full time job and the supporting characters feel so real. The business strategies and criminal mastermind activities do a great job of making it feel all too real and riveting with an appealing villain who has his own ambitions he strives towards. The fight scenes are extremely well choreographed and action lovers will surely appreciate this aspect of the show much more than others as it is combined with the Marvel cinematic universes well known special effects that has brought them great successful in the film industry. It also featured several well known characters that the comic book fans may recognize, some of which have their own respective series and interesting ideals. The story is wonderfully woven together with unique characters and spectacular visuals however it's long awaited 4th season was cancelled despite it being a fan favourite and speculations still arise whether it will be continued or not to this day.
