Big bang theory

 

The Big Bang Theory is an American television sitcom which premiered on CBS in 2007 and concluded in 2019 with a total of 12 seasons. 

The Big Bang Theory is not primarily for geeks and people from all backgrounds and different interests can appreciate its humour and writing making it one of the most popular shows when it was on air.

The effort that has been put into the characters, content and script is evident as this has show had an official science advisor from the University of California, Los Angeles who reviews the technical aspects of 

their script. 

The cast is vibrant and energetic consisting of the four nerds - Sheldon, Leonard, Howard and Raj who are very passionate about comic books, movies, video games and of course physics. There are several references to the comic world and current trends of that time that people of all ages will enjoy. The cast consists of Sheldon Cooper who is a theoretical physicist and a huge nerd and his roommate Leonard Hofstadter who is an experimental physicist. Their friends Howard Joe Wolowitz who is the only one of the friends that doesn't have a PhD despite being an aerospace engineer, Rajesh Koothrappali and his failure to understand the American lifestyle and Penny who is Sheldon and Leonards adorable neighbour who is an unsuccessful actress and is a waitress at the Cheesecake Factory. 

There's nothing better than watching these four nerds and their stupidly amusing behaviour despite being such great physicists at the end of a long hard day of work.
